Before contacting us, check these common questions:

Where is my order?

All orders are shipped via Postex. Once dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking link. Delivery takes 3–5 business days across Pakistan.

Can I exchange my product?

Yes. We offer a 7-day exchange on products that arrive damaged or incorrect. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the product within 7 days of delivery.

I forgot to use the PREPAIDFREE code — can I still get the free gift?

Yes. If you paid by card or bank transfer and forgot the code, message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We will add the free trial tube to your parcel before dispatch.

How long before I see results?

Skincare actives take time. Most customers see visible results within 2–4 weeks for brightening formulas and 3–6 weeks for acne control. Consistency is key — use twice daily without skipping.
