Delivery charges
Standard delivery anywhere in Pakistan costs PKR 180, charged at checkout.
Free delivery
Orders of PKR 1,000 or above qualify for free delivery. This is applied automatically at checkout — no code required.
Delivery partner
All orders are shipped via Postex across Pakistan. We ship to all major cities and towns.
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or adverse weather.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation. COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are only dispatched after confirmation by our team via WhatsApp or phone call.
Order tracking
You will receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. After you place a COD order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp within a few hours to confirm your order before dispatch. Please ensure your phone number is correct at checkout.
Important: Please do not refuse delivery of an order you have confirmed. Repeated refusals may result in being unable to place future COD orders.
Prepaid orders — free gift
Customers who pay by card or bank transfer (prepaid) receive a free trial tube added to their parcel. Use code PREPAIDFREE at checkout, or message us on WhatsApp after placing your order if you forgot the code.
Returns & Exchange Policy
7-day exchange on damaged or incorrect items
We offer a 7-day exchange on products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this applies to your order, please contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
No returns on opened or used products
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used. Please read the product description carefully before ordering.
No refunds on change of mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if results were not as expected within a short period. Skincare actives require consistent use over 2–6 weeks to deliver visible results. We do not accept returns based on expectations of overnight outcomes.

How to raise an exchange request
Send a WhatsApp message to [YOUR_NUMBER] with your order number, photo of the product, and description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Sat).
Skincare results take time
We include an information card in every parcel explaining what to expect and when. Most active-ingredient formulas require 2–6 weeks of consistent twice-daily use. We stand behind our products — if something is genuinely not right, we will work with you to find a solution.
