What skin types are xMediCare products suitable for?

Our three formulas are each designed for a specific skin concern:

  • RADIANCE — all skin types, especially dull, tanned, or uneven skin tone
  • CLARIFYING — oily, combination, and acne-prone skin
  • REVITALIZING — dry, dehydrated, and sensitive skin

Are xMediCare products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. All our formulas are built without harsh sulfates, parabens, or artificial fragrances. The REVITALIZING cleanser is specifically formulated for sensitive and barrier-damaged skin. If you have a known skin condition or allergy, we recommend patch testing on your inner arm for 24 hours before full use.

What are Vitamin E Beads?

Vitamin E Beads are small encapsulated beads containing Vitamin E (tocopherol) that burst upon massaging, releasing the active directly onto your skin. They provide antioxidant protection, help maintain your skin’s moisture barrier, and soothe irritation — all while you cleanse.

Are your products dermatologist tested?

Our formulas are developed on dermatology principles — the same science that guides clinical skincare. We use active ingredients in effective, evidence-based concentrations. We describe our products as “dermatology-inspired” rather than “dermatologist tested” to be fully transparent.

Do your products contain steroids or bleaching agents?

No. Our brightening products use Vitamin C for natural brightening and tan reduction — not steroids, hydroquinone, or harmful bleaching agents. We are a clean, science-backed brand.

How long does a 120ml bottle last?

With twice-daily use (morning and evening), a 120ml bottle typically lasts 6–8 weeks. This makes xMediCare approximately PKR 130–170 per week — less than a cup of coffee per day for effective daily skincare.

Are xMediCare products made in Pakistan?

Yes. Every xMediCare product is formulated, filled, and packed in Pakistan. We are not importing and relabelling — this is a Pakistani brand built from the ground up.

Ordering & Payment

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. COD is available across all of Pakistan. After placing your order, our team will confirm it via WhatsApp before dispatching. Please ensure your phone number is correct at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

What is the PREPAIDFREE code?

Customers who pay by card, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer (prepaid) receive a free 15ml trial tube added to their order. Add code PREPAIDFREE at checkout. If you forget, message us on WhatsApp after ordering and we will add it manually before dispatch.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel before your order is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number. Once dispatched, we cannot cancel.

Delivery & Tracking

Which courier do you use?

We ship via Postex across Pakistan.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message with your Postex tracking link. You can also track directly on the Postex website using your tracking number.

Is there free delivery?

Yes. Orders of PKR 1,000 or above get free delivery automatically at checkout — no code needed.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product I don’t like?

We do not accept returns on opened or used products. However, if your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will exchange it within 7 days — no questions asked. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo.

What if the product isn’t working for me?

Skincare actives take time — typically 2–6 weeks of consistent daily use. If you have concerns, message us on WhatsApp. We are happy to advise on technique, frequency, and whether a different formula in our range might suit you better.

Results

How long before I see results?

  • RADIANCE (brightening/detan): 2–4 weeks of twice-daily use
  • CLARIFYING (acne control): 3–6 weeks of daily use
  • REVITALIZING (hydration): Skin feels softer from first use; barrier repair within 2–3 weeks

Why is consistency important?

Active ingredients like Vitamin C work cumulatively — they build up effectiveness with repeated use. Skipping days significantly slows results. Think of it like exercise — one session helps, but daily practice transforms.
