By accessing xmedicare.com.pk and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About xMediCare

xMediCare is a Pakistan-based skincare brand selling face and body cleansers online and offline. We are not a medical provider. Our products are cosmetic skincare formulas — not medicines or medical treatments.

2. Orders and payment

  • Orders are confirmed upon successful placement and payment (prepaid) or WhatsApp/phone confirmation (COD).
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified or fulfilled.
  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), debit/credit cards, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfer.

3. COD policy

  • COD orders are dispatched only after confirmation by our team.
  • By placing a COD order, you agree to accept and pay for the order upon delivery.
  • Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in restriction from future COD purchases.

4. Delivery

  • We ship via Postex across Pakistan. Delivery times are 3–5 business days (estimates only).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or events outside our control.
  • Free delivery applies on orders of PKR 1,000 or above.

5. Returns and exchanges

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details. In summary:

  • 7-day exchange on damaged or incorrect items only.
  • No returns on opened or used products.
  • No refunds for change of mind or unmet expectations within a short period.

6. Product results

Skincare results vary by individual. xMediCare products are formulated with active ingredients based on dermatology principles. Results typically require 2–6 weeks of consistent use. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Testimonials and before/after images shown are individual experiences and may not represent typical results.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including product names, descriptions, images, and brand assets — is the property of xMediCare. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

xMediCare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
